“The story of Jordan Alexander III Premium Cigar Company begins with family and friendship. We found a deep passion in the stories and lifestyle that a simple smoke brought to us. Spending years learning about the blends, the methods, and the simple pleasures of the industry, we began a venture to build a legend.

Officially being launched to the public in 2013, the Jordan Alexander III brand is built upon that passion that we found within every cigar. Using unique blend patterns, a variety of tobaccos, and launching creative styles, the Jordan Alexander III lines are meant to start a conversation and infuse the smoker with that same deep passion. JA3

Using only the best, hand selected tobaccos, along with putting a strong focus on the process of hand-rolling, the Jordan Alexander III cigars are created in small production, allowing for a very meticulous method of insuring quality in each cigar.”

I met the fellas behind JA3 at the Delaware Cigar Festival on September 20 and they graciously introduced me to their darling Legend Corojo during our brief interview for

I am very grateful for Colin, Alex and Bob’s cordiality and gracious introduction, for I have not stop thinking about the Legend since our meeting.

When we first met, the Legend greeted me wearing nothing more than her milk-chocolate colored Honduran Corojo wrapper and a simple band with the brand’s name tattooed across her upper extremity. I couldn’t help but notice the radiant glow of natural oils glistening off the silky flesh of her firm 6 x 50 frame. And, her flawless body boasted sexy little veins and near-invisible seams. She clearly Jordan Alexander IIIdefined the phrase, “beautiful and elegant”. This well-constructed Latina was irresistible and her Cuban classic pigtail top added to her allure. Plus, her overlapped, closed foot ensured an extremely flavorful opening kiss.

Underneath her wrapper she was packing a Honduran binder that enveloped fillers aged five years from four distinct growing regions, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Honduras and Nicaragua.

Her wrapper emitted an amorous perfume of wood, earth and aged tobacco that was absolutely intoxicating while her foot revealed similar, but more pungent notes.

After a little small talk, I discovered the rich history behind her parent name, Jordan Alexander III. Jordan Alexander IIIThis exquisite paramour was named in honor of the apparent successor of a European Dynasty that never came to be. I highly suggest that you read the engaging tale of woe on the company’s website.

Hmmmmm, sexy and mysterious, this Latina is perfect. I love a devious gal with a little mystique surrounding her character. It drastically elevates temptation for sure. Without further hesitation, I whipped out my cutter and gently snipped her cap before massaging her foot with a touch of warm butane.  My stimulating foreplay got her fired up and primed for action.

Don’t let the coy exterior of this temptress fool you. Her girl-next-door appearance belies a gal who kisses with fervor. Upon our initial kiss, she immediately released a yelp of thick creamy smoke that filled the air with plumes of her sweet breathe that danced about. Her opening smooch was powerful and bold, a memorable moment of intense flavor. I tasted a savory blast of pepper from the overlapped foot of the Honduran Corojo wrapper. Not that I needed any proof, but our opening embrace clearly solidified her Honduran roots. She also released delectable notes of cedar and earth with sweet notes of citrus to compliment the intriguing blast of spice that coated my palate. It was not an overpowering spice by any means, but rather an affable passage to a rich, complex flavor profile that got better as the evening progressed.

The Legend fashioned a sexy, sharp char line that produced a firm and dense ash that was solid gray in color. The draw of this heartthrob was Jordan Alexanderperfect and the burn was cool and consistent.

Her lingering finish was rather lengthy for a gal of medium strength and blanketed my palate with a cedar and pepper infusion that was to die for.  It held strong, leaving me yearning for more between smooches.

As our desire for one another increased so did her flavors. This was where the Legend was most decedent. Her rich, complex flavors began to really impress me. As I worked my way down her body during the second third of our affair, she started to release deafening screams of smoke that revealed an obvious attraction. Her flavors began to increase with each kiss. I continued to taste a rich earthy body that coupled harmoniously with the pepper, which at this point started to increase quite a bit. I continued to taste sweet citrus notes from the first third and picked up some aged tobacco flavor as well. Her smoke remained creamy in my mouth.  Her extremely balanced flavor profile was truly a one-of-a-kind experience and the complexity of the four-country blend was riveting.

The final third of our night was amazing. We had a great close to a memorable evening together. Her flavor profile pretty much stayed the same but she started to reveal a little more spice as I approached the nub. Pepper was clearly at the forefront at this point while she continued to profess her Honduran decent. She continued to greet my soft, methodical puffs with whispers of earth, cedar and aged tobacco that totally captivated me. The Legend was a solid medium in strength by this time and continued to produce much more flavor than strength.

Legend was unique and satisfying – a perfect blend. None of her flavors was overpowering the other and she remained enjoyable right down to the nub.

In conclusion, Legend Corojo was an incredible cigar with a flavor profile that Jordan Alexander III Cigarskept my interest right down to the nub. It was indeed the perfect semblance of a maiden willing to satisfy her man. She did not disappoint by any means. The guys at Jordan Alexander III definitely hit a homerun with their inaugural release. I highly recommend this cigar to anyone who appreciates a complex smoke rich in flavor but not overpowering in strength, both newbies and seasoned veterans alike.
