Up Close and Personal with Delicia the Cigar Vixen

Meet Delicia the Cigar Vixen, a dazzling dame with a gorgeous smile, succulent curves, and an unyielding love affair with cigars.  This lady of the leaf may very well be the perfect woman in all facets of the imagination. Delicia loves her cigars and enjoys everything about them – the taste, the aroma, the smoke and the culture that surrounds them.

“Cigars represent culture, confidence and relaxation,” said Delicia. “The best part about smoking cigars is the people that it brings together.”

It is no secret that the Cigar Vixen brings plenty of sex appeal to the leaf and she is a pleasant treat at the cigar lounges and special events where she often frequents as an invited guest. Before she launched her website, www.cigarvixen.com, 18 months ago Delicia was a professional model full time but now she is more selective with her modeling gigs. Nowadays cigars consume her life. She travels the globe studying the art of tobacco at cigar factories and lounges where she gains priceless knowledge about the industry.  Her most recent destination was ProCigar on the Dominican Republic.

“I think the sex appeal is always there in any industry,” said Delicia. “If you pick up any cigar, car, sports, or alcohol publication, there is always attractive people enjoying the product and modeling, I don’t see how mine is really any different.”delicia3

She added, “I promote cigar events that I attend and currently have a few of my own events in the works.”

There has been a surge in female cigar smokers in recent years and the Cigar Vixen is front and center. She sees smoking cigars as a way to ‘break the ice’ with guys but it is her sarcasm and wit that attracts them to her.

“I think there is a certain sex appeal that attracts men to women who smoke,” she said. “For me I feel like the cigars are a way to ‘break the ice’ so to speak, but I find that once men get to know me, it’s my sarcasm and wit that attracts them.”

Delicia’s goal is to become a cigar ambassador to the industry, not representing any particular brand.

“I want to support and grow our love of cigars and help protect our smoking rights,” she said. “I find that there are many new smokers coming into the scene, especially young women and I have found that welcoming them and capturing their first time smoking is a beautiful thing.”

Like most cigar smokers, Delicia enjoys a tasty cocktail while relaxing with a premium hand-rolled cigar. Comisario tequila Anejo or La Aurora rum, both neat are her favorite drinks but what she drinks with her cigars depends on the time of day and the particular cigar.

delicia“If it’s hot or I’m by the beach early in the day I enjoy a cold beer with my cigar. In the evening I prefer a nice Anejo tequila or rum,” said Delicia.

It is difficult for her to pin point an absolute favorite cigar because she smokes and reviews so many great cigars. But, her favorite vitola is the Lancero and she prefers “medium to full-bodied cigars, preferably maduro wrappers”.

So how did Delicia get involved in cigars? That was an easy question for this gorgeous gal to answer.

“I grew up in a large Hispanic family where music, drinking and smoking cigars was the norm. Getting into the industry just seemed like a comfortable fit for me,” she replied.

If you haven’t checked out her website or Youtube channel yet, you don’t know what you are missing. She offers practical reviews of cigars and lounges that have been extremely helpful to many cigar enthusiasts looking for their next smoke. Her sweet voice, adorable face and extensive knowledge keep viewers tuned in and attentive to her thoughts and opinions.
